How do I get a quote?
Call +1 (778) 788-8292 or send the quote form with a few details and photos. For most jobs a short walk-through lets us give a clear scope in writing.
What affects the price of demolition?
The size of the space, ceiling height, the materials being removed, access, working hours, how debris is handled and whether any hazardous materials are present. We set the scope out in writing so you can compare quotes like for like.
What should I send with my request?
A floor plan or a few photos, the address, what is being kept, the hours the building allows work, and any hazardous materials survey you already have.
Safety and rules
Do I need a hazardous materials survey before demolition?
For older buildings, a survey to find asbestos and other hazardous materials is normally needed before demolition or renovation work starts. Your property manager, consultant or general contractor can usually arrange it. Send us the report with your request.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the city and the scope of the work. Your general contractor, architect or the city's building department can confirm what applies to your project. If you are unsure, call and we will point you in the right direction.
What protective gear does the crew wear?
Our crews work in hard hats, respirators and gloves, as you can see in the photos on this site.
