A demolition crew that cleans up after itself
Canadian Safe Demo Contracting Services Ltd. is an interior demolition contractor serving Metro Vancouver. We remove walls, drywall, insulation, ceilings and fixtures from offices, shops, clinics and homes, and we clear the site so the next trade can start.
Interior demolition is the first step of most renovations and tenant improvements. Done well, it is quiet, planned and tidy. That is the idea behind our motto, Safe demo. Clean results.
Whether you are a general contractor with a tight schedule or a homeowner opening up a floor plan, tell us about the space and we will tell you honestly if we are the right crew for it.
The way we approach every job
Safety first
Crews in hard hats, respirators and gloves, with the work planned before the first wall comes down.
Clean results
Debris cleared as we go and a clean floor at handover, so the next trade is not waiting.
A clear scope
A written scope tells you what comes out, what stays and what the site looks like when we leave.
Easy to reach
